Cafe Margarita

End Summer with stylish brew

Ingredients

20 ml	Ristretto
30 ml	Paron reposado tequila or 100% de Agave Reposado Tequila
30 ml	Orange Liqueur
30 ml	Sour mix
5 ml	LYONS DESIGNER DESSERT SAUCE CARAMEL

Description

Chill an espresso with all ingredients and shake vigorously.Crush a coffee bean together with one table spoon of salt.Rub the glass rim with lime and dip it into the coffee-salt.Pour the mixture into the old fashioned glass with ice cubes or double strain the mixture into a chilled Margarita glass.
Glass: Old Fashioned or Margarita glass
Garnish: Lime wheels & a coffee salt rimmer

Carajillo

Pour brandy into an espresso cup with sugar and coffee beans.Use the coffee machine’s steam nozzle or a Bunsen burner to heat the liquid.
